Shipping Policy

We strive for a safe and speedy delivery on all our orders, usually orders arrive within a couple of days, however please do allow 3-5 working days for deliveries. Different factors, like where you live, national disruptions,  can affect how quickly the deliveries can be made.

Once your epoxy resin item/s have been dispatched you should receive a delivery notification email. Sometimes this can be found in your junk/spam folders, if you can't see it in your inbox, please check these.

Please make sure the delivery details you enter at checkout are correct before clicking proceed. As once an order has been placed and processed it is very difficult to make changes to that order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.

If you're not satisfied with your order within 30 days, you may return it to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

In the case of a return:

  1. Please contact us at info@resin-glory.com

  2. We will email you a Return Authorization Form to fill out and attach to your return.

  3. Please note, in the event when you don't want or don't like the item, Resin Glory is not responsible for return shipping fees, it is the responsibility of the buyer.  

If you unpack your epoxy resin product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you, fees will be covered by us.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Please note if you changing your mind and or no longer need the item, it should be returned sealed and it the same condition as you received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned epoxy resin item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, to papier in your bank it can take 7-14 days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
